Very quick salad with salmon. Which is prepared from vegetables and fish by pickling.sashimi-salad

Salmon -300 grams
Onion -1 PC.
Carrot -2 PC.
Garlic -3 tooth.
Balsamic Vinegar -1 tbsp. L.
Soy sauce -2 tbsp. L.
Sunflower oil (or corn oil) -3 tbsp. L.
Salt, Black pepper (ground),
Coriander, Lemon, Parsley per your taste.

Check the fish for bones. Rinse, drain with a paper towel and cut into small strips.sashimi-salad

Sprinkle saltsashimi-salad

and pour over the vinegar.sashimi-saladStir. Cover the bowl and in the fridge for an hour.
Cut the onions into thin half rings, and carrots into straws.sashimi-salad

Grind the garlic. Pour the oil into a frying pan and fry the carrots, onions,
garlic and spices.


Rinse the fish to remove salt, then drain with a paper towelsashimi-salad

add to the pan and, stir for 1-2 min. When its cooled add the soy sauce.sashimi-salad

Again, put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that all of its ingredients become friends!

Serve the treat by decorating a slice of lemon and parsley.
