- 1 duck, prepared to cook
- 8 apples, cut into big pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp. of Maple syrup
- Salt & pepper
- Montreal chicken seasoning
Cut the apples and place in slow cooker.
Take duck from the bag and remove neck and liver. Rinse under cool water.
Add salt, pepper, and seasoning and put the apples into the duck.
Place the duck in the crockpot. Cover and cook on the high level for 3 hours or until tender.
